WA Files on Cindy Mellin

Files retrieved from the King County, WA Archives. Pages are from the pdf titled "Out of State Cases" on Another Bundy Blog (ABB). I have split this pdf into smaller ones for the sake of clarity. These files are part of the correspondence which led to the report published by the CA DOJ in 1975 regarding unsolved female homicides and disappearances; the cases in that report from Washington state were later determined to have been perpetrated by serial killer Ted Bundy.
