Santa Barbara News-Press, Aug. 5-6, 1979

The following two articles concern unsolved murders in Santa Barbara County that were unsolved at the time of publication. 

Relevant cases mentioned in the first article are the murders of Lori Lynn Rosen and Robert Domingos & Linda Edwards, as well as the disappearances of Ramona Price and Todd Collett. Others that I intend to research further in order to determine their case status as well as decide whether to feature them on this blog are those of Lucy Bush, Charleen Wray, Sylvester Stanford, and Dover Sharp. Also mentioned are three of the victims of serial killer Thor Christiansen: Patricia Laney, Jacqueline Rook, and Mary Ann Sarris.  

Relevant cases mentioned in the second article are the murders of Ronnee Brock, John Franklin Hood & Sandra Garcia, Karen Signore, Thomas Dolan & Homer Shadwick, Gary Longstreet, and Lompoc Jane Doe 1969. Others that I intend to research further in order to determine their case status as well as decide whether to feature them on this blog are those of Janet Judith Gold, Earl Scoggins & Recie O'Neal, Barbara Turner, Nadine Kopplin, Paul Orneales, Wendall Scott & Birdie May, Henry Gonzales, Alex Orychiwski, an unknown Jane Doe found on July 27, 1977, and an unknown John Doe found in 1976.
