The following article concerns unsolved murders in and around Tulare County, CA. Of primary note is the murder of Terri Lynn Beene. 

Also mentioned are the crimes of Wilson Chouest. The first mentioned victim of his, known at the time as Kern County Jane Doe, was identified in February 2020 as Shirley Soosay, a 35-year-old First Nations woman. The second victim is known only as Ventura County Jane Doe 1980. 

Chouest was convicted of both murders in 2018 while both victims were still identified; while Soosay's identity has since been recovered, that of Ventura County Jane Doe 1980 is still unknown.
