OC Register on specific Kraft victims, 1978-1983
The following are articles published in the Orange County Register reporting on the discovery of bodies of young men who would later be revealed to be victims of serial killer Randy Kraft. These articles are specifically from 1978 onward, as they are only available on NewspaperArchive with a subscription; all of these clippings were accessed through that source.
Because some of these images are difficult to read, I have tried my very best to transcribe them. Underscores represent pieces of text that I am unable to decipher. I am quite confident in the accuracy of these transcriptions; sections of text that I am not entirely certain of are contained within brackets.

LAGUNA NIGUEL – The nude body of [an unidentified] white man in his early 20s was discovered lying on the shoulder of Moulton Parkway north of La Paz Road at approximately 7:_0 a.m. today by a passing motorist, sheriff’s deputies reported.
The cause and time of death were not immediately known, although a spokesman said the body appeared to have been dumped on the paved shoulder sometime between 3 and 7:_0 a.m.
A coroner’s autopsy was scheduled for today.
